Our pricing is based on an hourly rate with only a one hour booking minimum, making Josie's Coffee Co. one of the most flexible coffee catering options in Orlando. Whether you need us for a focused one-hour corporate coffee activation or a full evening wedding reception, we build your quote around your event — not the other way around.
As a general guide, most of our clients book between two and four hours of service. Here's how service length typically maps to event type:
1–2 Hours — Corporate office pop-ups, team appreciation breaks, brand activations, and small private gatherings
2–4 Hours — Bridal showers, birthday parties, cocktail hours, and church events
4–8+ Hours — Weddings, large corporate galas, expos, and multi-session conferences

We're based in Orlando and proudly serve the entire Orlando metro area and Central Florida, including popular event destinations like Winter Park, Lake Nona, Kissimmee, Sanford, Clermont, and the greater theme park corridor.
The best part? Travel within 50 miles of Orlando is completely free. For the vast majority of Central Florida events, there is zero travel cost — it's simply included as part of your service. No surprise fees, no fine print.
Hosting your event beyond 50 miles? Not a problem at all. Events outside our free travel radius are subject to a small, transparent mileage fee that is automatically added to your custom quote, so you know the actual price before you commit to anything.
Regardless of where your event is located, we handle every aspect of the logistics — loading, transport, setup, and full breakdown — so there is nothing for you or your venue to coordinate.
